Commercial fit-outs: how we keep your business trading during the works

Every commercial fit-out client asks the same first question: can we stay open while you do the work? For most projects the honest answer is yes, with the right plan.

First step is to zone the site. If the space allows, we screen off the works area with a temporary partition and dust seal, then trade continues on the other side. We install the partition on day one.

Second, we programme the noisy and dusty work outside trading hours. Chasing, drilling, cutting, cleaning happens either after 6pm or before 8am. This adds cost, but it keeps you open.

Third, we plan services carefully. Any interruption to power, water or drainage that would affect the trading side is scheduled with two weeks notice, on a day and time you nominate.

Fourth, we handle the goods-in and waste-out at times that do not conflict with your operations. Skips arrive and leave outside your busy hours. Material deliveries are scheduled and staged.

Fifth, daily cleaning to a commercial standard. Every operative leaves the site swept, waste bagged and screened area kept isolated. Your customers should not know we are on site.
