We work with your architect or introduce you to one from our own network. We can also take on plot-finding, feasibility and pre-planning appraisal work before you commit to buying.
Every new build is delivered against a JCT contract with a fixed programme and a fixed price, insurance-backed by our structural warranty provider.
A site visit and written quote are always free. We usually respond to enquiries the same working day.
